At The Luxury Soaps, we want to make sure your experience is smooth from checkout to delivery. Please read our policies below before placing your order.

 

Processing Time

  • All standard orders require 2 business days for processing before shipping.
  • Wholesale orders may require additional time depending on order size and availability.

Standard Shipping

  • Once processed, standard orders arrive within 3–5 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.

Wholesale Orders

  • Wholesale orders may take up to 7 business days for delivery after the 2-day processing period.
  • We will notify you if additional time is required for larger or custom wholesale orders.

Shipping Confirmation

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please Note:

  • Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or shipping carriers.

Refund & Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final

  • We do not offer refunds. All purchases are considered final sale.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
  • To request an exchange, you must:
    1. Email us at theluxurysoaps@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your order.
    2. Include a clear photo of the defective or incorrect item.
  • Once approved, we will provide an exchange for the same product (or a replacement if available).

Important Notes

  • Exchanges are not granted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or misuse of the product.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue was caused by us.
